By accepting this statement, I agree with S-Mashini LTD, to process, including collect, use, store and delete, My following personal data:

Telephone number, address, email address, IP address, (e)data from traffic, bulstat, pin or other identification number, (e)data for participation in commercial companies; non-profit legal entities and other legal entities

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

- Direct Marketing

- For the needs of providing the services offered by the company as well as for executing the contracts concluded with the company with consumers

- To fulfill its obligations under the Accounting Act;

Period for personal data usage:

-The personal data of the clients will be kept for a period of 5 years from the moment of conclusion of the contract with the client, after which they shall be deleted.

Personal data will be transferred to third parties in the following cases:

- Attorneys enrolled in accordance with the Bar Law - for the purposes of executing contracts with clients;

- To state and municipal bodies, when the Law so requires or for the purposes of executing contracts with clients;

- Advertising Providers - Digital Advertising Providers are provided with data based on automated processing using cookie technology. Only traffic data is provided;

- Information service providers used by the controller to act as processors of personal data.

By signing this I declare that I am aware of the following rights of mine:
