Payment methods/ VAT/ Credits in Sales Machinery


For your convenience Sales Machinery offers two payment methods in our platform, in order the payments to be faster and more save.

Pay Pal payment method:

Once you select the subscription plan and press the Upgrade button, an order page will open for you, there you can find the name and description of the service you chose. Below you need to enter your invoice data, after that click on Order Now button, a new page will open, where you need to click on the PayPal button, there you can proceed with your payment. Once we receive your payment, the subscription plan you chosen will be active.


Bank Transfer payment method:

In case you would like to pay for renewing or upgrading with bank transfer method, you first need to choose a subscription plan, then enter your invoice data on the Order page and press the Order Now button. New page will open where you can see your order number, the amount you need to transfer and Sales Machinery bank details. You can also download you invoice, by clicking the Print button. Then you need to proceed with the payment. Once we receive your payment, the subscription plan you chosen will be active.


What is a VAT identification number?

Known as a VAT (Value Added Tax) registration number, this is the unique number that identifies a taxable person (business) or non-taxable legal entity that is registered for VAT.

All VAT registered companies, part of EU are not going to be VAT charged. All companies with VAT registration will undergo a check to ascertain the actuality of VAT numbers. Individuals within the EU will be charged VAT on their order.

When a seller is registered with company details in our platform, he needs to enter his VAT number in advance in the system (in order to be approved), before ordering a packet or proceed with payment. This way he will be able to see the payment amount without VAT, before paying.

Countries with Value Added Tax (VAT) for companies and private persons:

For all European countries that are not part of the EU, VAT will be added as follows: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vatican City, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Russia, San Marino, North Macedonia, Turkey, Serbia, Ukraine, Montenegro, Switzerland.

VAT will be added to the North and South American countries, Australia and New Zealand, all the countries from Asia and Africa.



A credit is a mean of payment to post your ads and buy visibility options.

You can only use credits to publish ads and to buy promotional options. The credits are not exchangeable or refundable.

The purchased credits allow you to save time when publishing your ads as you don’t have to enter your bank details.

The credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

How to buy a pack of credits?

You can buy a credit pack when you post an ad or by clicking on your profile > Subscription/Credits/Orders> Credits>Order

How do I pay for my classified ad?

Once you’ve posted your ads, you can pay via debit card through the secure online payment interface or Paypal.

If you bought credits, it will directly be deducted from your basket.

For recurring payments (for a subscription), you can pay via direct bank transfer, PayPal or Credits. 


I didn’t get my invoice

Due to environmental considerations, you don’t send invoices by mail anymore. When an invoice is available, we send it by email. You have the possibility to enter a different email address, than the one you are using as your login, to receive the electronic invoices.

You can find all your invoices in your user account (you might be prompted to log in first) then click on My Profile > Subscription/ Credits/ Orders> Orders.


What is the bank security code?

When you pay online, your bank might ask for this code in order to protect your bank data and transactions. If you don’t know this security code, we advise you to contact your bank.
